Every company, every individual is unique.

A plan for developing employee or management creativity must be tailored to the unique circumstances of each company ... each group within that company.

We teach employees and management to be more creative. And because we know what we're doing, we don't walk in with a set list of prescriptions.

For example, it may be best for you if we were to consider developing a general kind of creativity, in which the creative thinking tools we teach would transfer easily to different job situations.

Or it might be best to teach with a specific responsibility in mind, to get the highest kind of creative thinking in that particular area. And maybe we teach just a few people. They become mentors to others.

Those are just two considerations. And their import is huge.
